As a user you can change your password from iceBar. If you have the password button on your toolbar, select it.
Otherwise, right click on your toolbar and click Change Password.
A new window will open. Follow the instructions in the window to reset your password.
Note: You must know your current password to change your password from iceBar. If you do not know your password, your Administrator can reset your password.
As a Team Lead, Supervisor or Administrator you can reset user passwords in iceAdministrator by selecting the user, and clicking on the password reset button on the User properties tab. For detailed instructions, please refer to the iceAdministrator user manual.
