As a Team Lead, Supervisor or Administrator, you can listen to call recordings through journal. On the iceManager site, open the iceJournal tab and utilize the filters to find a specific call.
 
 
Click on the row that matches the call information in the results table. The details panel will open on the right. Scroll down to the recording section. If the call has a recording associated with it, you will see a audio file player that will allow you to listen to the recording.
 

Note: Depending on your role type, some recordings may not be available to you. Please refer to the iceManager User Manual for more information.
