As a user, right click on your iceBar toolbar to open the right-click menu and click on Options.
A new window will open. In the menu on the left, click on States/Stats Panel.
On the right side of the window, under the Visible Panels section, you will see two checkboxes. Enable the checkbox next to "Show Not Ready Reason". Apply your changes.
This change will allow you to see the specific not ready reason you have chosen in your iceBar User Panel.
As a Team Lead, Supervisor or Administrator, open iceMonitor.
In the iceMonitor menu on the left of your screen, click on Settings.
In the center of your screen, click on the Display Settings tab.
Toggle the switch on next to "Show Not Reason" and save your changes.
This change will allow you to see each user's not ready reason in iceMonitor.
