As a Team Lead, Supervisor or Administrator, open iceMonitor.
In the iceMonitor menu on the left of your screen, click on Settings.
In the center of your screen, click on the Hidden Users tab.
You can hide users from your iceMonitor view by selecting them in the Visible panel, and using the arrows in the middle of the screen to move them to the Hidden panel. Save your changes.
